100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will attend to any issues. This applies to artwork & art quality. It does not apply to How to Live Forever or Eleanor Stewart books. This is all subject to the discretion and judgement of Eleanor Stewart.

Digital Downloads

Returns are not accepted for digital download products. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us here and we will attend to any issues to your complete satisfaction. If you’re still not satisfied, you may receive a partial refund. Plus a discount for your next purchase. This is subject to the discretion of Eleanor Stewart.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days for physical print products, art (excluding custom orders) and other physical products. You must contact us first to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be refunded once your return has been received and is in acceptable order, which may be one to two days from receiving your return. Please contact us to arrange a return and state so clearly in the subject line.

Custom Made Orders

Returns are not accepted for custom made orders. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us here and we will attend to any issues to your satisfaction. Subject to Eleanor Stewart approval.
