Digital Downloads

Returns are not accepted for digital download products. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us here and we will attend to any issues to your complete satisfaction. If you’re still not satisfied, you may receive a partial refund. Plus a discount for your next purchase. This is subject to the discretion of Eleanor Stewart.

Physical Products

Returns are not accepted for physical products. Please make sure you are aware of and happy with the product, ie, by looking at the images, before making a purchase as returns are not usually accepted unless defective or damaged. As most orders are made to order. You may receive a discount on your next purchase or partial refund if you’re unsatisfied.
