Because every piece in our independent capsule collection is individually custom-printed to order by our global printing labs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size choices, or buyer error.
◽ Damaged or Faulty Items:
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit, features a structural manufacturing defect, or displays a misprinted graphic, we will gladly arrange a 100% free replacement order immediately.
To claim a replacement for a faulty item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your official Order Number.
- High-resolution photographs showing the specific print defect or transit damage clearly.
Do not ship items back to our print fulfilment labs or corporate offices without prior email authorization, as they cannot be processed or returned.
