Welcome to the official independent design studio of Eleanor Stewart. To maintain our commitment to elite luxury craftsmanship and complete environmental sustainability, every single item in our merchandise capsule is individually custom-made to order. We do not carry mass-produced overstock in warehouses.

1. Production & Fulfillment Timelines

Because our pieces are custom-crafted, please allow an initial 2 to 5 business days for our boutique printing labs and gallery technicians to print, hand-sew, mount, and inspect your items before they are cleared for dispatch.

During major music release cycles or peak holiday windows, custom fulfillment queues may occasionally extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we craft your art.

2. Flat-Rate International Shipping Tiers

To protect our global listeners from fluctuating courier overheads, we utilize a simplified flat-rate shipping matrix at checkout based on product weight and size parameters:

  • Tier 1: Lightweight Accessories ($12.00 AUD Flat Rate) – Valid for Phone & Earbud Cases, Enamel Pins, Stickers, Notebooks, Mugs, Graphic Crop Tops, T-Shirts, Canvas Totes, and Kids/Baby Wear.
  • Tier 2: Premium Home & Studio ($20.00 AUD Flat Rate) – Valid for Fine Art Prints (A4 to A1 Dimensions), Custom Art Cushions, Beach Towels, Shower Curtains, and Luxury Throw Blankets.
  • Tier 3: Oversized Gallery Statement ($35.00 AUD Flat Rate) – Valid exclusively for our massive, heavy-weight A0 Fine Art Showcase Prints.

Orders that combine items may be automatically added to a tier 2 or 3 rate.

3. Estimated Transit Times

Once your order clears our quality gates and leaves the fulfillment facility, estimated transit windows apply based on your location:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3 – 7 business days
  • United States & United Kingdom: 4 – 9 business days
  • Europe & International Zones: 5 – 14 business days

4. Comprehensive Global Tracking

The exact moment your custom package enters the global postal stream, an automated notification will be sent directly to your email address containing your secure Worldwide Tracking Link. You will be able to follow your parcel's path from our print lab right to your front door.

5. Import Duties, Customs & Taxes

For our global community inside the US, UK, EU, and Australasia, our print-on-demand networks automatically route production to the commercial facility closest to your delivery address wherever possible to completely eliminate border friction. However, if any regional customs duties, import clearance fees, or local destination taxes are levied upon border entry, these remain the sole responsibility of the recipient customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping destination parameters meticulously before completing your checkout. We are legally unable to rewrite or correct delivery lines once an automated order locks into our factory printing queues. We are not financially liable for items successfully marked as delivered by couriers, or parcels lost due to customer address input errors.
